Stage 1: RECRUITMENT

  1. Application Submission
    Submit your application here and mail all your other requirements to our corporate office at:

  2. Screening and Credentialing
    As soon as we receive your complete application and credentials, our staff will review them expeditiously so no time is wasted. We want you to get going towards a rewarding career soonest.

  3. Skills Matching
    If your credentials and references meet our requirements, NC STAFFING will then match your skills with prospective employers to find the most suitable place for you.

  4. Employee Interview
    Once we find a prospective employer, we will arrange for a telephone conference between you and the facility. We will even help you prepare for the interview.

  5. Contract Signing
    When a hospital tells us it wants to hire you; we will facilitate your contract signing expeditiously providing that you meet all immigration requirements.

Stage 2. IMMIGRATION

  1. Completion of Immigration Requirements
    NC STAFFING will assist you in completing all required immigration forms and documents.

  2. Coordination with Employer
    We will facilitate all immigration-related activities with your employer from start to finish.

  3. Submission of Application to the US Embassy
    We will ensure that your visa application is submitted in a timely manner to the US Embassy in your home country, with all supporting documentations needed.

  4. Preparation for Visa Interview
    We will help you prepare for the visa interview with the US Embassy in your home country.

Stage 3: PRE-DEPARTURE and DEPARTURE

  1. Pre-departure Orientation
    Once your visa is approved, we will help you prepare for your new life in the United States by providing you with an intensive pre-departure orientation to help you alleviate culture shock and homesickness.

  2. Preparations for NCLEX exams
    We provide assistance and review materials in your preparation for the NCLEX exam, which must be taken not later than six months after you begin working in the US.

  3. Assistance with travel arrangements
    We will help coordinate your travel arrangements with your employer.

Stage 4: ARRIVAL

  1. Temporary Housing Assistance
    Before you arrive in the United States, we will arrange for temporary housing accommodations for you and your family. We will meet you at the airport and take you to your temporary home.

  2. Transportation Assistance
    We will also arrange for temporary transportation services to help you get around and see the local sights.

  3. Recreational Activities and Acculturation Classes
    Living in a new country can be a little intimidating. NC STAFFING will arrange for recreational activities and acculturation classes to help you with your transition.

  4. Working for Your Employer
    We will take you to meet your new employer and do everything possible to make your first days on the job run smoothly.
